About The Society

Palm Beach Watercolor Society is a “Not-for-Profit” organization promoting excellence and education in all forms of watermedia to its members and to the public.

Financial support depends on members’ dues, patrons, and contributions. The society operates on a basis of volunteer effort, and members are encouraged to assist with various projects as well as serve or chair the committees that run them.

We welcome our members, and the public to attend our monthly meetings on the second Thursday of every month  from 6 pm to 8:30 pm  on Zoom via a link that will be sent to you by email.

Local and nationally known watermedia artists demonstrate their skills at each meeting. If a member cannot attend the meeting we tape the demo artist permitting.  You can have this sent to you via email,

The public is also invited to attend our exhibits and educational programs for a  $5.00 donation

The Society’s “Outreach Program” Cooperates with the city and county groups in various art projects. Scholarships are awarded to three students at either a University or Community College each year. PBWS donates art supplies to many schools in Palm Beach County and Broward County.
